You can set reminders to get notifications when it’s time to work out. It works like a calendar reminder to help you stay consistent.

These are free workouts created by our coach that you can follow anytime. They’re great when you want variety or something different from your main program.

You can log sets, reps, weight, and rest time. The tracker remembers your past results so you can build on your progress. If an exercise is missing, you can create your own and add it to your workouts.

Yes. Most exercises in the app include videos demo to help you learn proper form and technique.

Yes. If an exercise isn’t available, you can create your own and add it to your workouts just like any other movement.

The scanner provides a smart estimate based on the photo you take. Accuracy is best with clear photos in good lighting and common meals. You can always edit the result.

You can type in a description of your meal (e.g. “grilled chicken with rice and broccoli”), and our AI will estimate the calories and macros for you. You can always review and edit the result.

Yes. Just describe your meal out loud (e.g. “a turkey sandwich with cheese”), and our AI will log the estimated calories and macros for you. You can edit the result if needed.

Yes. After our AI generates the estimate, you can manually adjust the calories, protein, carbs, and fat.

Browse our collection of meal plans designed for different fitness goals like weight loss or muscle building. Once you start a meal plan, you will get daily meals with recipes to follow. You can log each meal as you complete it to track your progress.

Customization is not available at the moment, but it will be there in the future. For now, you can browse and choose from our curated meal plans that best fit your goals.

Premium Plus also allows you to track calories with a photo and monitoring your macros, perfect for those who want to combine workout and nutrition.

The trial is free for 7 days. You can unsubscribe anytime. You will not get charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you haven’t cancelled by then, you will automatically get subscribed to the premium plan you choose.

Yes, you can switch from a monthly to a yearly plan anytime from your account page. When you switch, we’ll charge you the yearly price minus the remaining value of your current monthly plan, so you’re only paying the difference.

You won’t be charged twice. We’ll only charge you the difference between your current plan and the one you’re upgrading to, based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle.

You will keep access to your meals history if you downgrade from Premium Plus to Premium ⭐.

You can change your email from your account page. After changing your email address, you will receive a confirmation to your old email address. You will also need to verify your new email address by pressing the "verify" button as shown in the video.

You can delete your account anytime from your account page. Your active subscriptions will get deleted and you won't get charged in the future. Note that your data will be deleted permanently and you will lose access to your account immediately.

Upload a video of your exercise and our AI will analyze your form, posture, and technique. You’ll get instant feedback on what you’re doing right and what needs improvement.

The AI form checker supports over 1800+ exercises including squats, deadlifts, bench press, pull-ups, and many more. We’re continuously adding support for more exercises.

Our AI is trained on thousands of exercise videos and provides accurate feedback on your form. For best results, make sure your video clearly shows your full body and the exercise movement.

You can access Fitness Tools from the Tools page. Some tools are available for free, while others require a Premium subscription.
