Status

Your order will have different status before it gets to your door:

  • Submitted: when the order gets created.
  • Pending: all the products are in stock, the order is about to get prepared.
  • Preparation: the payment was accepted, your order is being prepared for shipping.
  • Shipped: the order was shipped.
  • Delivered: your order was delivered.
  • Failed: the payment failed, contact us if it happens again.
  • Cancelled: the order was cancelled.
  • Returned: the order is being returned.

Received an incorrect item

In the unlikely event you have an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order identification
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description
  • Photographic evidence

Please note, that if the item has been worn, washed or used in any way, your item cannot be replaced due to industry standards on Health and Hygiene and wear and tear. Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund, credit or exchange. Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified instantly. Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time and we don't always require the faulty item back.

Custom and import taxes

For orders outside Canada, you may be susceptible to customs charges in certain areas which will be charged upon the parcel reaching the destination country.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required.

Gymaholic has no control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.

Cancel your order

We only charge you when your order is being prepared for shipping. Therefore you can cancel a submitted order at any time by clicking on the cancel button in the order page. If the order is in preparation, contact us with the following information:

  • Email Address
  • Order Identification

Once your order is received and you still wish to cancel your order, simply contact us, notifying us that you wish to cancel your order and return it back to our facility. Check our return policy.
