Post-Xmas Fat Burner HIIT Home Workout

Let’s be honest, we’re all eating more than we need during the holidays, and it’s okay. It’s all about balance. Personally, I like doing short and intense workouts in order get rid of extra fat I’ve accumulated over the past few days. Give it a try and tell me what you think. Aim for:  * 2-4 rounds * 45 seconds per movement * 20 seconds of rest between each round
