Week 1: Gymaholic Summer Challenge
This HIIT workout is simple. It’s a 10 minute circuit, and you should aim for as
many rounds as possible in that time frame, with good form. You will feel your
legs burning, so try to pace yourself. So for example, take a rest of 20 seconds
after 3 rounds.
