- 2 x plank rotation
- 2 x side mountain climber
- 4 x mountain climber
- 1 x plank to squat
- 1 x burpee
- 1 x squat
- 2 x jumping lunge
- 2 x ice skater
Do as many rounds as possible with speed and proper technique.
