You don’t need much to start working out
You just need… - A mission: no goal is too big or too small. Make it specific - lose 10 lbs by July, build 5 lbs of lean muscle mass, move better… - A healthy routine: just because your friend trains 6 times a week means you should too. “Optimal” is not always sustainable. - Hard work and patience: potential is nothing without action. - A growth mindset: be willing to learn from others, no one knows it all.
